M's Salvage Yard

When the ancient and insane old tom cat, known only as M, finally died, he left behind a vacuum that cats all over the city fought to fill. M's territory had been prime; he had lived, for as long as anybody could remember, in an old salvage yard distinguished by the metal shed out front and the piles of scrap metal in the back. Right at the edge of the city, where Tennant Quarters and the Industrial District overlapped, the salvage yard was all but abandoned by humans except for the odd scrap that was dropped off now and again. Through sheer numbers, BoneClan managed to claim the area for their own. Out of all their territories, this was the only one they did not have to retake back after the move. Much of their supplies and defenses that they had brought to the warehouse had been taken from the salvage yard, and though it had diminished for a while, their presence and control had never left sufficiently enough for others to move in and take over. Over time, however, the salvage yard has been getting increasingly dangerous, piles of metal and appliances all stacked on top of one another in a haphazard reach for the sky. Though BoneClan members can still navigate the maze with ease, it always pays to stay alert and careful to any disturbances.
